Craniosacral Therapy or CST® (Ask for Dori)
CST is a form of alternative therapy used to assess and enhance the functions of the craniosacral system. Practitioners manipulate the bones from the skull to the sacrum with the intent of removing restrictions in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. This can help to relieve stress, migraines, TMJ syndrome, chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, neck and back pain, and enhance the body's overall health. Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue therapy is always applied within the comfort level of the individual, and is a general term for modalities involving deep pressure. These techniques can greatly improve conditions which cause muscle spasms and chronic pain.

Hot Stone Massage
Massage with heated stones can increase circulation, relieve stress, melt muscle tension, and leave you deeply relaxed. This technique is not recommended during pregnancy, or for individuals with high blood pressure or diabetes.

Kinesio Taping (Ask for Brandi)
KT is a time tested method of therapeutic taping that enhances the function of body tissues and aids in the return of physiological systems to normal function. This modality can be used to treat pain, reduce swelling, and can help treat virtually any condition from arthritis to lymphedema.

Lymphatic Massage (Ask for Helen)
Therapeutic grade essential oils are combined with specialized massage techniques to stimulate and support the lymphatic system followed by an Ionic Foot Bath.
1 Hour (Just Lymphatic Massage): $80

Medical/Therapeutic Massage
Session may include myofascial release (deep gliding techniques designed to release adhesions), deep tissue massage (a general term for deep pressure), trigger point therapy (sustained pressure designed to release muscle spasms), PNF stretching (technique designed to increase range of motion), hot/cold therapy, and relaxation techniques. Therapeutic massage can improve circulation, lower blood pressure, relieve muscle spasms and pain, increase flexibility and range of motion, and shorten recovery time after trauma and surgery. These techniques can be very effective in the treatment of conditions causing chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, headaches, TMJ dysfunction (TMJD), whiplash, neck strains, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, back pain, muscle pain from scoliosis, hip pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and foot pain. Massage therapists do not diagnose, so always consult your doctor before receiving medical massage.

A variety of essential oils are massaged into the muscles along the spine. This soothing technique combines massage, reflexology, a hot towel treatment, and aromatherapy.

Foot Reflexology (Ask for Dori, Helen, Brandi, or Cheri)
Foot reflexology is the stimulation of reflex points on the feet that correlate to every organ, gland, and part of the body. When pressure is applied to specific reflex points, it allows the body to return to balance or homeostasis.

Traditional Japanese therapy also known as acupressure. A medium, rhythmic pressure is applied to points along the body called meridians. Shiatsu can relieve stress, relax muscles, and improve circulation. This technique is integrated into a therapeutic massage.

TMJ Therapy
Ideal for those suffering with jaw pain, stiffness, head pain and neck pain. Performed by a specially trained therapist, this therapy uses specific techniques to release the inner jaw muscles as well as the outer jaw, neck and head.

Clients should wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Sessions are performed on a mat and include passive yoga-like stretching with deep, rhythmic pressure. Benefits include increased muscle relaxation, flexibility, and range of motion.

Trigger points are hypersensitive or painful areas in the muscle or surrounding tissue. This pain can be localized or can refer to other areas of the body. Treatment includes sustained pressure to the affected area, and is usually integrated into a deep tissue or relaxation massage.
